  • Develop and maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development of innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analysts.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraft.
  • SIGINT targeting and analysis, including in-depth knowledge of networks.
  • Target-package building experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and help people connect with resources to optimize the performance of technical targeting analysts.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and needs to facilitate effective resolution.
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Must be a self-starter who excels working in teams and individually in high-pressure situations.
  • Well-versed in working with tools, data sets, and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • TDNA/DNI/DNR experience.
  • Demonstrated report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods.
  • Formal technical targeting or USG targeting certification.
  • Experience in tool development.
