Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and service, supervising project requisitions, and offering comprehensive training
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and write, implement, and report on validation activities
  • Perform engineering studies on new equipment to ensure optimal settings and functionality
  • Initiate and revise protocols/operating instructions for the project
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the service department and lead equipment/process problem-solving efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in PLC, with expertise in Allen-Bradley and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networks, RS-232 interfaces, Profibus communication, Fieldbus, and HSSB
  • Proficient in reading and writing electrical schematics
