Job Summary

Freeman Boatworks is seeking a skilled Lamination Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of composite components for our high-performance catamaran fishing boats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of composite components
  • Trim, assemble, and finish each composite piece to meet specifications
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Document work according to company guidelines
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • On-time attendance and a responsible, positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Physical Demands
  • Standing/walking 8+ hours per day
  • Bending, lifting, twisting, and working in a dusty and loud environment
