Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lamination Technician to join our team at Sea Fox Boat Company Inc. in the manufacturing and construction of our boats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply rollers to smooth out air bubbles and seams on decks, hulls, and small parts
  • Select and place precut fiberglass strips onto prepared molds
  • Smooth out wrinkles using brushes or hands
  • Cap parts and release them from molds

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
  • Team player with initiative
  • Previous lamination experience in the boat manufacturing industry is a plus
