Job Title: Lamination Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Under supervision, the Lamination Technician will work on composite fabrication, trimming, assembling, and finishing each piece to meet specifications.
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, and document work according to company guidelines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members and take work instructions from leaders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • On-time attendance and a responsible, positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing/walking 8+ hours per day.
  • Bending, lifting, twisting, and working in a dusty/loud environment.
