About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Unit team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and other relevant information.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current state RN license.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
  • NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire date.
