We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Unit team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including post-STEMI patients, post-cardiac catheterization patients, and patients undergoing vascular procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days after hire date.
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.
- NIHSS Certification obtained within 90 days after hire date.
- $20,000 commitment-incentive bonus.
