We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in various pharmacy operations, primarily focusing on the dispensing of medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the guidance of a registered pharmacist.
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmacy supplies.
  • Handle wholesaler medication orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying medication stock and entering data into the system.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Perform various clerical duties as required.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Be prepared to stand for extended periods, as this is a central fill site.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Indiana.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to stand for long durations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
