Job Details:
Shifts: Swing & Graveyard
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $17.75 - $23.25 per hour, depending on experience

Position Responsibilities:
- Operate filling machinery and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct regular quality checks and adjust fill weights as per specifications.
- Perform cleaning and sterilization of equipment, including Clean in Place (CIP) procedures.
- Assist maintenance personnel in troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of operations.
- Participate in team efforts to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Train new associates as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various situations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical Requirements: This position requires regular lifting, standing, and performing repetitive motions. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and have the visual acuity necessary to operate machinery safely.
Work Environment: The role involves exposure to moving mechanical parts and a loud noise level typical of a manufacturing setting.
