Job Summary

The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of Trinity Social Services' building and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

This position involves overseeing daily office duties, implementing effective administrative actions, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

  • Responsibilities include managing phone calls, organizing mail and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The Facilities Coordinator will also oversee the EMR system, perform data entry, and upload documents as required.
  • This individual will provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Duties
  1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly chart audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Assist upper management with day-to-day operations and revise policies and procedures as needed.
  3. Oversee critical incident reporting, emergency, and safety procedures.
  4. Consult on ethical issues and resolve dilemmas accordingly.
  5. Provide updated marketing materials and scheduling for staff meetings.
  6. Audit facility maintenance, equipment, and supplies regularly.

Estimated Salary: $21.75-$27.50 per hour (Part-time)
