Job Description: Failure Analysis and Verification Engineer

The Failure Analysis and Verification Engineer will be responsible for investigating and resolving power supply-related issues for customers. This involves analyzing and troubleshooting complex systems, identifying root causes, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and troubleshooting complex power supply systems.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to power supply failures.
  • Providing technical support to customers in China and Taiwan.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • BSEE degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a failure analysis engineer in a semiconductor company.
  • Experience in failure analysis of power semiconductors, analog, and/or mixed signal IC devices.
  • Experience in Switch-mode Power Supply applications, and analog, and/or mixed signal integrated circuit devices.
  • Fluent verbal, read, and written communication skills in Mandarin.
  • Excellent English speaking, reading, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret system level schematics, IC level schematics, and IC layout of CMOS and bipolar devices.

Estimated Salary Range: $95,913 - $144,599 (dependent on experience)
