**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Program Manager to lead our mental health and resiliency coaching program. The successful candidate will have experience in behavioral health, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver mental health and resilience coaching programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement preventative and proactive programs.
  • Assist with identifying healthcare professionals and organizations to promote the coaching program.

Requirements:**

  • Experience presenting mental health and resilience topics to diverse populations.
  • Experience in behavioral health, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, required.
