Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contribution Manager to join our team at St. Matthew's House Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and contribution team with database administration, internal operations, and relationship fundraising vendor projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, fundraising, and data entry. They will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and enriching our CRM fundraising database and other vendor products, as well as overseeing a small team of Data Entry specialists.

The Contribution Manager will also assist in the processing and inputting of physical checks and other donation materials, and will be responsible for resolving returned items and researching non-sufficient funds payments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit or Advancement, and proficiency with relational database systems. Experience with Virtuous, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect or other CRM fundraising database is required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. They will also be able to motivate and work effectively with Development and Accounting staff.
