Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of HVAC service technicians and ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and timeliness in their work.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of less experienced field staff.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their career goals and contribute to the company's success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Type I and II EPA certification.
  • Prior experience in supervising and mentoring field staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A clean driving record and 3+ years of driving experience.
