Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of country-based Telco customer engagements, including application development, DevOps, and operations across internal facing applications.
  • Work closely with the client Agile Scrum team and with the customer on a daily basis to ensure delivery excellence and technical thought leadership.
  • Develop and track metrics/KPIs to detect project health and trends and drive corrective measures.
  • Prepare customer status reports and present them on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and be responsible for the expansion of assigned portfolios.
  • Provide technical thought leadership, creative solutioning ideas for RFI, RFP responses.
  • Drive innovation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with client internal teams and ecosystem to bring in necessary help for the development team and to address customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery, stakeholder management, RFI, RFP, and risk management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
  • Good to have skills in application development, DevOps, knowledge on cloud, and skill.
