About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager - Technical to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the technical strategy for our product, driving innovation and growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the technical strategy for our product, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence product direction and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the software product that powers the Amazon Flex experience, enabling delivery partners to secure delivery offers, track their delivery progress, and more. We believe that we can provide a reliable and efficient driver supply for our customers by building an engaged and responsive driver pool.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and research.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive product direction and strategy.
What We Offer

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other perks.
