Position Available: Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to enhance our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in representing our brand, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Core Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence:

  • Sales Achievement:

  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
    • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
    • Ensure cash register accuracy and follow cash handling protocols.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise effectively.
    • Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor.
    • Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock levels regularly.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
    • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
    • Support colleagues in various tasks to ensure overall store success.
  • Building Customer Relationships:

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
