Nurse Assistant

As a State Tested Nurse Aide at Trilogy Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in daily nursing reports, taking detailed notes, and assisting residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with mobility and transfer needs, including turning, lifting, and positioning.
- Transport residents safely and efficiently to and from activities and appointments.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary.
