About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Termite Control Technician to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery of our termite products to valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order
  • Prepare job sites for treatment
  • Apply anti-termiticide treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
  • Interact with customers and explain services provided
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • You must be personable and enjoy interacting with customers
  • You should be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • You must be able to effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups
  • You should be detail-oriented and understand the importance of safety
  • You must have a good aptitude for basic math, necessary for doing calculations related to service
  • You should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics
  • For safety reasons, our Termite Techs are not able to have facial hair
