We're seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support to our customers as a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely information to participants, helping them make informed decisions about their health and healthcare options.
- Promote a positive team environment by continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Handle high volumes of complex inbound calls with ease, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range$45,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated based on national averages)
