Job Description:
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll investigate and manage claim files, leveraging your skills in active listening and critical thinking to address customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and respond to customer requests or needs using active listening and critical thinking skills
Take ownership to ensure exceptional service delivery, building value and the The Hartford brand with every interaction
Develop knowledge of Hartford products and business lines through ongoing learning and development
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve results

Requirements:
You're a highly motivated individual who takes pride in delivering top-notch customer service and resolving complex issues
You possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively (bilingual - Spanish/English is a plus)
You're flexible and willing to learn, lead, and support others in a dynamic environment

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is estimated at $48,830 - $70,980 annually, based on factors such as experience, location, and industry standards.
