We are seeking an Experienced Security Officer for this role.
Compensation: $21.50 / Hour
Includes Paid Orientation and On-the-Job Training
Medical, dental, and 401K benefits available after 60 days for Full-Time Employees.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
We are in search of a Security Professional with outstanding Customer Service Skills and a Professional Appearance. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 21+ Years of Age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Prior Law Enforcement, Military, or Corrections Experience Required
  • 6+ Months of Previous Security Experience
  • Must have Prior Supervisory Experience Overseeing Multiple Employees
  • Computer Proficiency Required

As an Armed Security Site Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of exceptional services to a designated client. The Armed Site Supervisor will serve as a liaison among clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel. Responsibilities include supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
  • Meet licensing requirements as dictated by state and/or local laws, which may be necessary prior to employment
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
  • Effectively manage crisis situations at the client site with composure and efficiency
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software to generate reports requiring interpretation and action for effective business management
  • Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager, which may involve the requisition process and assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candidates
  • Ensure that officers receive appropriate training, developing both technical and professional skills, including performance management (coaching, counseling, discipline, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
  • Address employee grievances with assistance from the appropriate branch or regional HR support staff

Able to:
Work in various environments including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts
Stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
