Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding logistics-related inquiries
  • Work alongside internal teams to address questions and resolve issues
  • Prepare products for dispatch according to sales orders
  • Ensure the upkeep of delivery vehicles as needed
  • Support the Sales Department in client servicing
  • Offer recommendations for enhancing logistics processes
  • Coordinate with the materials team for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Manage non-conforming goods and returns
  • Monitor and plan the shipment of orders
  • Maintain precise documentation for all orders
  • Aim to meet departmental performance indicators
  • Stay informed about logistics and supplier management trends
  • Create reports to assess performance metrics
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Experience in logistics operations is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Ability to thrive under pressure is important
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are needed
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred
  • Flexible availability for work hours is advantageous
