Role: Night Auditor
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing revenue and settling accounts on a nightly basis. This role includes maintaining files and resetting the system for the following day while also fulfilling the responsibilities of a Guest Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including balancing accounts and performing nightly audits.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, utilizing both manual and computerized systems.
- Prepare and disseminate daily financial reports.
- Audit and reconcile cashiers’ transactions.
- Timely audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions.
- Input and update financial data into the BRAINS network.
- Check guests in and out while executing Guest Service Agent duties.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints effectively.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance overall guest experience.
- Adhere to sustainability practices as outlined in HHMs EarthView program.
- Follow safe work practices and utilize protective safety equipment as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in night auditing or accounting, or equivalent training is required.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Excel, along with strong arithmetic skills.
- FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Work Environment:
- Work schedule may vary and can include weekends and holidays.
- Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending/reaching.
