Child Care Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Child Care Specialist to join our team at the Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality childcare and support for children aged 0-6 years in our residential program.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Circle of Security parenting classes and promote secure attachment between caregivers and children.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and initiate purchase requisitions as needed.
- Collect data and perform grant-related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and ability to adapt activities accordingly.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, clients, and community service providers.
A generous compensation package includes a salary range of $37,440 - $52,000 per annum, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, and access to our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
