About the Position

Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Child Development Coordinator to join our team in Santa Fe.

Job Summary

The Child Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive care coordination for children under 8 years old and their families within the LAUNCH project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Coordination: Assess client needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure seamless transitions through various phases of care.
  • Community Resource Connection: Facilitate connections with community services and resources to support clients' goals and needs.
  • Liaison and Education: Act as a liaison between families, schools, and community resources to create a supportive environment and ensure continuity of care, while educating children and families on behavioral health, developmental milestones, and available resources.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the clinical team to address daily concerns, intervene in crises when necessary, and provide additional directives for care to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in addiction treatment counseling, case management, or a related role, preferably working with children and families.
  • Certifications: Case Management certification (ACM, CCM, RN-BC, CPSW) required; current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to become certified).
  • Licenses: Unrestricted NM Driver's License required.

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $45,000 - $49,920 and benefits, including a generous PTO package, medical, dental, and vision insurance, ST and LT disability, pet insurance, opt-in 401k with 4% match, and access to our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
