Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valve Assembly Technician to join our team at CIRCOR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of new valves, as well as the repair and testing of existing valves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and disassembly of new valves and repairing valves
  • Conduct tests on valves to ensure they meet quality and operational standards
  • Prepare and inspect reports for return material authorizations
  • Provide guidance and instructions for repairs and offer individualized solutions to correct operational problems
  • Accurately estimate labor and materials for repairs to generate quotes
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in assembly and disassembly
  • Intermediate knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple projects
  • Nuclear Navy Machinist Mate experience is ideal
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Department of Defense issued Confidential Security Clearance
