About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Great American Restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our restaurants deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurants' unique flavors and cuisines.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
