Position: Licensed Behavior Analyst

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D or BCBA) who is passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals in need of behavioral health support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills evaluations.
  • Develop tailored treatment and intervention strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to families and caregivers regarding assessment outcomes.
  • Implement intervention plans directly with clients.
  • Maintain accurate data collection tools and documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor behavioral therapists and technicians.
  • Deliver training to team members, families, and other professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with electronic health record standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental challenges.
  • Strong teamwork skills, particularly in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
