Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team in Tennessee. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and mental health needs of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of students with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Conduct group and individual counseling sessions to promote social-emotional learning and academic success.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to promote student well-being.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid state certification or license in School Psychology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in a school setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with disabilities and English language learners.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in school psychology, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and positive behavioral supports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
