Mobile Board Certified Behavior Analysts

As a Mobile Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our pediatric clients.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective, evidence-based programming tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing ongoing data analysis and assessments.
2. Provide comprehensive training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with your assigned clients.
3. Regularly review client data and maintain open communication with team members to ensure optimal care.
4. Facilitate discharge and transition planning for clients on your caseload.
5. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for travel.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges through ABA methodologies.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
