Key Responsibilities

1. **Work Order Management**: Efficiently complete maintenance requests within the specified time frame.

2. **Turnover Procedures**: Ensure that all vacated units are prepared for new tenants within a 5-day period.

3. **Building Inspections**: Conduct thorough surveys of facilities to identify and rectify mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. **Electrical Maintenance**: Perform upkeep on electrical systems, including the replacement of bulbs and sockets, as well as cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels.

5. **Plumbing and Heating Repairs**: Address and resolve issues related to plumbing and heating systems to maintain functionality.
