Key Responsibilities:

As a Fuel Systems Maintenance Specialist at D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., your core duties will encompass:


Repair and Maintenance:

Conduct both scheduled and urgent repairs on equipment such as fuel dispensers, ensuring optimal functionality.


Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional service in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring total customer satisfaction.


Safety Compliance:

Adhere to strict safety protocols in all operations.



Daily Operations:

Receive daily instructions from the Service Manager or Dispatcher regarding tasks to be executed. Follow established service call procedures.


Emergency Services:

Respond to urgent service requests during off-hours as part of an on-call team.


Response Timeliness:

Meet defined response time standards for various repair types.


Vehicle and Inventory Management:

Maintain a company vehicle and manage an inventory of necessary repair components.


Safety Protocols:

Comply with all safety policies and report any hazardous conditions.


Training and Development:

Complete required training courses, including periodic recertifications.


Customer Protocol Adherence:

Follow all client protocols and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards while performing repairs.


Inventory Coordination:

Communicate with warehouse staff to confirm inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.



Additional Responsibilities:
Fuel Dispenser Oversight:

Inspect, repair, and maintain fuel dispensers to ensure accurate fuel measurement and dispensing.


Tank and Line Assessments:

Conduct regular inspections of storage tanks and lines for leaks and corrosion, utilizing specialized testing equipment.


Vapor Recovery System Management:

Install and maintain vapor recovery systems to comply with environmental regulations.


Payment System Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair point-of-sale systems and fuel management software.


Canopy and Signage Upkeep:

Maintain and repair lighting and signage to ensure visibility and functionality.


Environmental Compliance:

Ensure all tasks comply with environmental and safety regulations.


Client Relationship Building:

Foster positive relationships with gas station owners and staff, providing training on equipment use and maintenance.



Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or GED is required.


Experience:

A minimum of one year in petroleum service is preferred, though training will be provided.


Technical Proficiency:

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.


Licensing:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer proficiency.


Work Ethic:

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
