Job Overview

  • Supervise and manage a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Schedule and assign work to technicians based on priority and skill level to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  • Train and mentor new technicians on company policies and procedures, as well as industry advancements and new technologies.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and address concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technician in the auto industry.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
