Job Title: Early Talent Program Manager

At TEKsystems, we are seeking an experienced Early Talent Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our client and the Early Talent Strategy by helping to manage Early Talent programs in North America, particularly in our Products and Technologies (PNT) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Early Talent programs in North America from regional and global planning through tactical implementation.
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition Team (recruiters) and key stakeholders to build an effective strategy to ensure programs are meeting the current and anticipated future needs of the organization.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across all departments to leverage various skill sets for training, development, and support of the program.
  • Design, develop, and deliver Early Talent programs, including managing the orientation, onboarding, communications, program delivery, and program elements (e.g., social events, professional development offerings) throughout the duration of the programs.
  • Collaborate with full-time HR Operations team to create and maintain service delivery models to support program delivery.
  • Create and maintain self-service resources for managers and early-in-career program participants.
  • Collaborate with the full-time New Hire Orientation team and presenters to ensure consistency in materials and content delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact for managers and early-in-career program participants.
  • Understand the needs of regional stakeholder audiences for effective development, implementation, and ongoing program management.
  • Provide regular program briefings to regional and global stakeholders and executives, driving high-quality execution and managing stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
  • In partnership with key leaders and other functions, define success for each program and continuously measure impact and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful programs or projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines with energy and focus.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from various parts of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking in front of the early-in-career program participants.
  • Utilizes a highly collaborative approach to design and delivery and has demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
  • 5-7 years of proven success in a fast-paced Early-in-Career, People Team, Human Resources, and/or Talent Acquisition role.
  • PMP preferred.
