  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of our students at all times.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support our students' growth and development.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $31.25 per hour, based on experience.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance, life insurance, and dental insurance, with a premium split.
