Requirements:

  • Experience: Possess relevant experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of initiative and dedication to providing high-quality education and care.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $31.25 per hour, based on experience.
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance, life insurance, and dental insurance, with a premium split.
