Position Overview

As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the overall experience within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel valued as they leave the facility.
  • Conduct check-ins for all members and guests following established company protocols.
  • Utilize club software to relay messages during member check-in.
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming special events.
  • Foster an atmosphere that promotes a sense of belonging among members.
  • Address all member inquiries or escalate them to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a consistently professional attitude.
  • Promote and sell retail merchandise.
  • Coordinate member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payments for member services in line with company guidelines.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by club management.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Qualifications
  • Possess or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
  • Experience in working with children is preferred.
  • Hold any required certifications as mandated by local or state regulations.
Physical Demands
  • Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Frequently stand, bend, and squat.
  • Be able to climb and hang decorations as needed.
