Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with resolving team members' issues to improve current processes and increase productivity.
- Supervise and oversee the team's performance to ensure the team achieves monthly retail targets.
- Responsible for production ordering, shipment arrival, duty payment, and warehouse storage.
- Liaise with Sales teams for production ordering, stock allocation, shipment arrival, duty payment, and warehouse storage.
- Manage the team's performance of COE bidding, uploading COE details into the system.
- Allocate stock to dealers and collect vehicle deposits and full payments.
- Provide adequate support to the Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Audit teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage vehicle deposits and payments from dealers.
- Update weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide support to the Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Audit teams.
- Arrange stock taking with external auditors.
- Able to embrace new challenges at work.
Requirements:
- Degree with 5 years of experience in administrative executive roles, with experience in the automotive industry being a bonus but not a requirement.
- Reports to a manager and assists in managing the admin team.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Experience in handling internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Delegate admin tasks, respond to team members' feedback, and recommend effective solutions to improve business operations.
Working Hours and Location:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.
