Bally's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take beverage orders from patrons and deliver beverages in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with other employees to provide quality, efficient service.
  • Accurately compute bills and accept payment.
  • Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, as well as the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Monitor area for cleanliness and remove glasses, bottles, paper products, etc., and dispose of per operating procedures.
  • Regular attendance is required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training in a similar food outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
  • Ability to work with the public and present a clean, courteous image.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a current Health Card, Liquor License, or other required certifications as required by geographical area of the property.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Working Conditions

The Beverage Server will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.

Physical Demands

The Beverage Server will be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend/stoop, balance, kneel, carry, observe, and lift 25 lbs. The ability to work in a noisy environment and occasionally work outside is also required.
