Job Overview
In this role, you will operate under minimal supervision to evaluate current workflows, devise innovative solutions, and implement new methodologies aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and reducing labor costs. You will oversee several projects with medium to large scale impact.

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for technological advancements and innovative practices that can lower expenses while ensuring or enhancing quality standards.

Manage multiple medium-scale initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with team members across various departments and specialties.

Formulate project plans of basic to medium complexity, which will include actionable steps, timelines, and other elements to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality projects. Draft and document functional specifications, testing protocols, and address production challenges.


Facilitate training sessions as necessary on quality assurance and engineering principles and tools, which may encompass inspection, measurement, and testing methodologies.

Leverage warehouse and labor management systems effectively.

Qualifications:
Education
A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field is required.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of engineering experience is essential.

Proficiency in technical writing, research documentation, and/or experimental design is preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems is necessary.

Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is expected.
