Job Summary

Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Psychologist I - Licensed to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide mental health evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and families in our area of focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct clinical services, including evaluations and treatment of patients and families (individual, collateral, group, case management)
  • Supervise professional experience providing therapy to a pediatric psychology population
  • Provide individual and group supervision to pre- and postdoctoral psychology trainees
  • Teaching duties, including didactic presentations, community presentations, and participation in staff/supervisor meetings
Requirements
  • Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D., in School, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • License in psychology in California
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Experience supervising trainees and conducting psychological and developmental assessments
  • Prefer bilingual competence (Spanish/English)
