Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all administrative procedures and processes, providing direct support to management, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all administrative procedures and processes
  • Provide direct support to management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Manage travel arrangements, compose correspondence, and prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Screen phone calls and visitors, and provide excellent customer service
  • Organize schedules using sound judgment and prioritization skills
  • Prepare meeting agendas, memos, and correspondence, and complete non-routine assignments
  • Coordinate busy and shifting office calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Process confidential and sensitive information in support of administrative activities
  • Support additional staff as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience, or high school diploma with 3-5 years' equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Workday experience or familiarity
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00/hourly, with a duration of 6 months.
