We are seeking a committed Construction Site Supervisor to become a vital part of our dynamic team.


In this capacity, you will oversee designated construction site operations, including specific trades, and manage various aspects of field activities on projects.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Senior Superintendent in monitoring work progress, subcontractor workforce, and ensuring proper coordination among trades.


The primary objective of this role is to help guarantee that subcontractor and vendor tasks are executed safely and adhere to contract specifications and project timelines.

Additionally, this position entails gathering and organizing on-site testing reports, inspection documents, and completing Construction Completion Records for final documentation to the IPS Commissioning/Validation team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take primary responsibility for activities related to specific trades on assigned construction sites.

2. Ensure that corporate objectives for assigned projects are met.

3. Assist in the creation and upkeep of project schedules, including targeted and actual activity lists, durations, and sequencing logic.


4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project budget for assigned trades and identify any discrepancies throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Support the Project Director and Project Manager in preparing change control documentation and associated financial records.

6. Participate in constructibility assessments of design documents.

7. Aid in the procurement and coordination of all necessary external project resources.

8. Assess the validity of requests concerning contractual obligations and cost estimates.

9. Facilitate communication among subcontractors, vendors, and project staff, documenting interactions between project participants.

10. Ensure that all submissions are distributed, reviewed, and archived to meet project and corporate standards.

11. Assist in ensuring that project activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.

• 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.

• Safety awareness is crucial.

This role may require 25% travel, or as dictated by project needs.

Extended assignments at client sites may be necessary.

Overnight travel or residing in the client's location may be required based on the project.

Visits to client sites will necessitate adherence to established safety protocols.

This position is classified as safety-sensitive.


The employee will function as a field contractor supervisor, taking on a supervisory role for field operations involving IPS employees or subcontractors.
