Role Summary:
The Facilities Construction Site Supervisor is tasked with the planning, coordination, and oversight of various construction and maintenance initiatives within our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
- Strategically plan and manage construction and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Create project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure timely project completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of high-quality standards. - Technical Proficiency:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC to supervise project execution.
- Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations to identify and rectify issues.
- Guarantee compliance with all applicable safety regulations and building codes. - Team Leadership:
- Direct and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal personnel.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Offer guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met. - Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are fulfilled.
