  • **Measure and Mark Site Locations**: Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
  • **Record and Track Data**: Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
  • **Provide Assistance and Support**: Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities, using hand tools or other equipment.
  • **Inspect and Verify Work**: Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • **Experience and Skills**: 3 years of experience as an Industrial/Commercial Construction Foreman, with experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
  • **Physical Demands**: Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
