We are seeking a highly skilled Subscription Growth Manager to join our Revenue and Growth team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of customer and subscriber acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement throughout the user journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, analytics, and marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid social and email channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the data analytics team to track and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing audience acquisition or growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on subscription marketing.
- Proven expertise in marketing technology tools, CDPs, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, with a strong understanding of best practices for campaign structures, creative strategy, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent understanding of email best practices and hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns with ESPs.
- Strong working knowledge of analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Domo, or similar.
- BA/BS degree (or higher) in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
At Warner Bros. Discovery, we offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 to $174,200 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.
