Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of all services.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Control costs, optimize menu pricing, and implement effective inventory management systems.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in supervising teams and managing budgets. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $125,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
