About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Sturbridge, MA territory. You'll work closely with our team to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Sturbridge, MA territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, their families, and partners
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed, with a passion for using your skills to make a meaningful impact
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
