As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face interventions with children, youth, families, and caregivers to address behavioral health needs.
  • Deliver rehabilitative psychoeducation, strength-based service planning, and rehabilitative supports to clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field, plus one year of applicable experience.
  • Or, certification in an Evidence-Based Practice.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus two years of applicable experience in children's mental health, addiction, and/or foster care/child welfare/juvenile justice.
  • Or, certification in an Evidence-Based Practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Professional Nurses with one year of behavioral health experience.
  • Licensed Occupational Therapists.
  • Licensed Creative Arts Therapists operating within the scope of their license.
