As a Regional Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee several multi-million dollar stores, driving sales and ensuring operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include managing expenses and payroll budgets, addressing personnel matters, merchandising, loss prevention, and supervising Store Managers within your region.

You will lead by example, embodying our core values and the Burlington philosophy in all your endeavors.

Your focus will be on fostering a results-oriented culture by establishing clear expectations, holding team members accountable, and setting objectives that align with key success drivers.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive significant sales volumes across multiple locations to enhance sales, gross margin, and inventory turnover.

2. Ensure overall management to achieve customer satisfaction while cultivating a customer service culture in the stores.

3. Monitor compliance of Store Managers with established company policies, HR practices, security protocols, sales, and record-keeping procedures through regular audits.

4. Mentor store managers and associates through real-time coaching to provide constructive feedback aimed at boosting sales and achieving performance metrics.

5. Manage expenses effectively to enhance profitability.

6. Analyze operational reports and records, oversee store profitability, manage payroll budgets, and set long-term goals and objectives.

7. Coordinate promotional activities and pricing strategies to maximize sales.

8. Oversee the opening of new stores and the closing of existing locations.

9. Address issues impacting store service, efficiency, and productivity.

10. Conduct inspections of store premises to ensure adequate security measures and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of Retail Management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computerized scheduling and reporting software is essential. Travel across all markets within the designated region is necessary.
